I didn’t get all of my order – I ordered through the app and picked up. The FAQ says to go to “Zaxby’s listens” to request a refund…. Except I can’t find “Zaxbys Listens” and the “link” doesn’t link anywhere. How do I get this fixed?
I’m trying to upload my receipt to get my points but it’s saying it’s been 72 hours but it 10:55AM and I purchased my food at 7:33PM. Why want it let me upload my receipt?
